Refund Policy

1. Project Deposits

To initiate a custom development project, a deposit is required. This deposit covers initial architecture, design, and resource allocation. All project deposits are non-refundable, as work commences immediately upon receipt.

2. Milestone Payments

Work is divided into clearly defined milestones. Once a milestone is approved and payment is made, that payment is non-refundable as it represents compensation for work completed and accepted by the client.

3. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project at any time. Upon cancellation, the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any work already paid for at the time of cancellation is non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at my sole discretion, such as a complete failure to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen technical or personal incapacity.
