By accessing ybenr.com or engaging in my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services Provided

I provide custom software development, AI integration, and technical automation services. Each project is governed by a specific project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that details deliverables, timelines, and costs.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees due, the ownership of the final deliverables (source code, assets) will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are typically structured with a non-refundable deposit to commence work, followed by milestone-based payments. Detailed payment schedules are provided in individual project quotes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
